Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Refrigerated crescent roll dough | 2 cans (8 oz each) |
| Sliced ham | ¼ pound |
| Sliced salami | ¼ pound |
| Sliced pepperoni | ¼ pound |
| Sliced provolone cheese | ¼ pound |
| Sliced mozzarella cheese | ¼ pound |
| Roasted red peppers, drained and sliced | ½ cup |
| Large eggs | 3 |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ¼ cup |
| Italian seasoning | 1 teaspoon |
| Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: Add the Bottom Crust
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to form a solid crust.
Step 3: Layer the Filling
Arrange the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the dough. Add the provolone and mozzarella cheese, then scatter the roasted red peppers across the top.
Step 4: Make the Egg Mixture
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 5: Assemble the Squares
Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over the layered filling. Place the second sheet of crescent roll dough over the top, pinching the seams and edges to seal. Brush the remaining egg mixture over the surface of the dough.
Step 6: Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
Tip: Let the dish rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting. This allows the cheese to set slightly, making the squares easier to slice and serve.
Step 7: Slice and Serve
Cut into squares or rectangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Serve warm or at room temperature as an appetizer, snack, or light meal.
