Cream cheese (softened) 1 (8 ounces) package
Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 cup
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper To taste
Ritz crackers (crushed) 1 sleeve
Butter (melted) 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional) As desired
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Sprinkle the Ritz cracker mixture evenly over the top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Dish out the casserole alongside your chosen sides and enjoy the creamy, hearty flavors of this Million Dollar delight.
