1 ½ tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
½ cup Vegetable oil
2 Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Boiling water

1 can Sweetened condensed milk
3 Egg yolks
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups Sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup Chopped pecans

1/2 cup Unsalted butter
2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups Powdered sugar
1/3 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine Wet Ingredients: Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
Add Boiling Water: Gradually stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin, but this is normal.
Bake: Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool Cakes: Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
