Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and seasonings. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated. - Shape the Balls
Scoop and roll the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in size. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. - Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. - Serve
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
