Taco Lasagna (So Easy!)
If you love Mexican-inspired cooking—or just enjoy discovering new comfort-food favorites—small ingredient upgrades can go a long way. Choose fresh garlic and onions instead of canned or dried, and add herbs like cilantro to brighten everything up. Opt for high-quality, freshly ground beef rather than frozen, and shred your own cheese instead of using pre-packaged blends. Even your oil choice counts: extra-virgin olive oil adds a deeper aroma when sautéing onions and garlic.
These simple swaps boost both flavor and enjoyment, turning an ordinary weeknight meal into something special and memorable.
