Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated onion, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
