This Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp recipe is a quick, easy, and flavorful dish perfect for a weeknight dinner or a light appetizer. The shrimp are baked in a luscious lemon butter sauce infused with garlic and Italian herbs, creating a bright and zesty flavor profile. The lemon slices not only add flavor but also create a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Raw Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, deveined 1 lb
Butter, melted 8 Tbs (1 stick)
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Good Seasons Italian Seasoning 1 packet
Lemon, sliced 1 1/2 lemons
Dried Parsley Leaves 1 Tbs
Black Pepper, ground 1 tsp

Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. Prepare Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Pour this mixture into a 9×11 inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
    1. Arrange Lemon Slices: Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer on top of the butter sauce in the casserole dish.
  1. Add Shrimp: Place the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices, arranging them in a single layer.
  2. Season: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp. Then, sprinkle the dried parsley flakes and ground black pepper over the shrimp.
  3. Bake: Bake the shrimp uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and pink.
