Potato pizza: the original and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:

3 potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
2 eggs
Pepper as needed.
Olive oil to taste
150 g of cherry tomatoes
Oregano to taste
50 g of salami
150 g of mozzarella

Preparation:

Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze them to remove excess water.
Combine the flour, beaten eggs, pepper and mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with olive oil. Then spread the potato mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
Separately cut the cherry tomatoes and season them with oil and oregano.
Fill the pizza with the seasoned cherry tomatoes, sliced salami and mozzarella.
Bake again at 200° for 10 minutes.
