Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls

Delicious and savory beef-filled eggrolls, bursting with flavors reminiscent of a classic Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients :

1 white onion, diced.
20 pre-made egg roll wrappers.
1 ½ C. shredded Swiss cheese.
1 box Beef steak strips.
1 green bell pepper, diced.
Vegetable oil, divided in half.
1 T. flour + water for paste.
1 tsp. Paprika.
1 tsp. chili powder.
1 tsp. garlic powder.
1 tsp. onion powder.
1 tsp. dried thyme.
1 tsp. dried marjoram.
1 tsp. dried basil.
1 tsp. kosher salt.
1 tsp. black pepper.
Instructions :

Preheat a grill to medium-high and pour in some oil.
Toss in the diced onions and peppers, then layer frozen beef strips on top, adding seasoning.
Stir until beef is thoroughly cooked and falls apart, approximately 10-15 minutes. Set it aside from the grill.
Heat another ¼ C. of oil separately.
Lay an eggroll wrapper, diamond shape in front of you, and add 2 tablespoons of filled mixture to the lower third, leaving a border.
Fold the bottom corner up, tuck the sides in, brush with flour paste, and roll up completely. Cover remaining wrappers with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
Cook egg rolls in hot oil until golden crispy on each side, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve with ranch dressing for a delightful experience!.
