Old Fashioned Pancakes
There’s no breakfast more satisfying than good old-fashioned pancakes: fluffy, buttery, golden and classic sweet. And these tried-and-true bases are super easy to make, using only ingredients you probably already have in your pantry right now.
Serve with eggs, bacon and sausages. Or serve it simply on its own, topped with butter and syrup (or even fresh berries and vanilla whipped cream, for the corporate fancy). Combine with a cup of cold orange juice or a cup of steamed coffee. Perfection!
And if you have leftovers, use them to make pancakes the next day. (But we wouldn’t be surprised if all of that stuff disappeared quickly.)
