My husband can’t get enough of this dish—he begs for it every week

This Baked Caesar Chicken is the ultimate “minimal effort, maximum flavor” dinner. The Caesar dressing doubles as both marinade and sauce, keeping the chicken tender and juicy, while Parmesan cheese forms a golden, savory crust that’s irresistible.

Baked Caesar Chicken
Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to 1-inch thickness for even cooking.
  2. Make the Sauce: Whisk together Caesar dressing and sour cream (if using) for a creamy, tangy coating.
  3. Season & Layer: Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Press 1 cup of Parmesan onto the chicken and place in the baking dish.
  4. Top & Bake: Pour dressing mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Let rest 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Tips:

  • Use a quality Caesar dressing—it’s the main flavor here.
  • For a crispier, golden top, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
