Instructions:

Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine 2 lbs minced beef, 1 1/2 cups crumbled saltine crackers, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 tsp Italian herbs, 1/2 tsp powdered garlic, 1/2 tsp powdered onion, 1/4 tsp cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Shape the Hamburger Steaks: Form the mixture into 1/2-inch-thick hamburger steaks. Dredge them in flour for coating.
