Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking oil.
- Prepare the Pork:
- Brush 2 pork tenderloins (each weighing about 1 lb) with cooking oil.
- Rub the tenderloins with ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt.
- Make the Honey Garlic Mixture:
- In a separate bowl, combine ⅔ cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup of chicken broth (or water), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and 1½ tablespoons of corn starch. Mix well.
- Cooking:
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in the greased casserole dish.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture around the pork in the dish, ensuring not to cover the pork entirely with the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
