Gyros Bake with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

500 g pasta, (spirals)
750 g pork, sliced, already seasoned yros style
4 large onion (s)
1 clove garlic
2 cups hollandaise sauce
Enough broccoli to color the top
2 bags cheese, grated (Emmentaler, Gouda or Parmesan)
Oil

Directions:

Cook the noodles al dente.
Chop the garlic clove and add it to the hot pan with a little oil. After sweating briefly, sear the meat in it! When the meat is nicely browned, add the onions. When the onions are translucent, remove the meat from the heat.
When the pasta is ready, drain it, put it in a baking dish and sprinkle a layer of cheese on top. On top of that comes the meat and then the rest of the cheese. Now pour the hollandaise sauce over everything and put the mold in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for about 20 minutes.
