Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.

Step 2: Reserve Drippings and Crumble Bacon
Remove the cooked bacon and crumble it into small pieces. Keep the bacon drippings in the pan for frying the pancakes.
