5 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Flour
4 cups Milk
2 tsp Salt

Instructions:
Making the Béchamel Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
Add flour, stirring until smooth and golden (6-7 minutes).
In a separate pan, heat milk almost to a boil.
Gradually add hot milk to the butter, whisking until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cooking for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and nutmeg.
Preparing the Meat Mixture:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
