Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
Place the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until tender and crispy, about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Step 2: Prep the Bacon
Remove the cooked bacon and crumble it into small pieces. Keep the bacon drippings in the skillet to fry the pancakes later.
