Creamy Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Creamed Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
 Cream cheese, softened 2 packages (8 oz each)
Chipped dried beef, finely chopped 1 package (8 oz)
Worcestershire sauce 1½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
Green onions, finely chopped 3 stalks (plus extra for garnish)
Ritz crackers For serving
Salt To taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

In a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese, chopped chipped beef, and green onions. Mix well using a wooden spoon or hand mixer until fully combined and smooth.

Step 2: Season

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste the mixture before adding salt, as the chipped beef already brings plenty of seasoning. Adjust as needed.

Step 3: Form the Cheese Ball

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and use your hands to shape it into a firm, rounded ball.

Step 4: Chill

Place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or until firm enough to maintain its shape.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve

Unwrap and place the cheese ball on a serving plate. Sprinkle with additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve with Ritz crackers and enjoy.
