How to Make the Perfect Creamy Caramel Cheesecake
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
Press the mixture into a springform pan to form an even crust.
Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
