Why Beetroot Milk?
- Beets – Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They add subtle sweetness and a stunning ruby color.
- Milk – Cow’s milk, almond milk, or any favorite milk provides a creamy base along with protein and calcium.
- Optional Sweetener – A touch of honey, maple syrup, or sugar enhances flavor without overpowering the beet’s natural sweetness.
