These Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls make a tasty and effortless appetizer, perfect for parties, game days, or just a quick snack. The mix of savory sausage, zesty Rotel, and smooth cream cheese delivers a burst of flavor in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully blended.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into 1–1½-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
