Cream cheese garlic bread

Ingredients:

250 g flour
125 ml hot milk
56 g melted butter
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
175 g cream cheese
Garlic emulsion :
1 egg
150 g butter
3 tablespoons of cooking cream or milk
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of honey
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Directions:

Dough:
In a bowl, insert and mix flour, warm milk, butter, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for an hour.
Then divide the dough into 6 or 8 portions and form into balls, cover for 30 minutes.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
Emulsion: put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Top sandwiches with cheese and dip in emulsion.
Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20 minutes.
