Biscuit Base Ingredients:

Italian seasoning 1 tsp

Crab Filling Ingredients:

Lump crab meat, cooked 1 pound
Paprika ¼ tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Mustard 1 tbsp
Ritz crackers, crushed ½ sleeve
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Biscuit Base:

    • Prepare the biscuit mix according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Make the Crab Filling:

    • In a bowl, combine crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mayonnaise, mustard, crushed crackers, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the Biscuits:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease two muffin tins.
