Corn and Cheese Fritters

Vegetable Oil for frying | 1/4 cup |

Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, Parmesan, green onions, corn kernels, egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
- Stir in corn kernels until well combined. Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, place spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil.
- Fry the fritters for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fritters from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the hot fritters with a side of dipping sauce or on a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
