Cookie pie🍫🫠

Cake pan 24 cm

Ingredients

•200 gr melted butter

•100 gr brown sugar

•100 gr sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla (5 g)

•250 gr flour (add 200 gr first)

• 1 teaspoon baking soda (4 g)

• A pinch of salt

• Chocolate chips

For the middle layer;

Melted Cream Chocolate

Instructions

Add all ingredients except flour and whisk until the sugar melts. Add the flour. Mix only until the ingredients come together. Do not overmix. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix until combined. Spread half of the batter on the bottom. Add the cream chocolate as much as your diet and conscience allow to the middle layer and spread it evenly. Break the remaining batter into pieces and place on top. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. The edges should be golden brown, the middle should be slightly soft.
