Bacon and Sausage-Stuffed Potato Loaf

Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and mashed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 egg, beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Prepare the Potato Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Prepare the Filling:
In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, cooked sausage, and chopped green onions.
