Ground beef 750 grams
Carrot, cooked and cubed 1 cup
Knorr® tomato cream 1 envelope
Knorr® Switzerland chicken broth 1 tablespoon
Basil, dried 1/2 teaspoons
Oregano 1/2 teaspoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic clove, minced
Onion, chopped 1/4 cups
Dried chiles de arbol 2
Water 2 1/2 cups
Basil leaf 1/4 cups
Lasagna pasta 8 sheets
Manchego cheese, grated 1/2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Bolognese Base
    • Heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, and meat until golden brown.

    • Spread a bit of sauce in a refractory dish.
    • Alternate layers of lasagna, ground meat, and tomato sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
