This light and refreshing cucumber salad is the perfect side dish for any summer meal. The crisp cucumbers and red onion are complemented by a tangy dressing made with apple cider vinegar and honey.

Instructions:
- Prepare cucumbers: Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice thinly. Optional: Soak slices in ice water for 30 minutes for extra crispness. Drain and pat dry.
- Prepare onion: Peel and thinly slice red onion. Optional: Soak in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce strong flavor.
- Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, honey or sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Adjust taste as needed.
- Combine salad: In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and dill. Pour dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve: Serve chilled as a side dish. Garnish with dill or black sesame seeds if desired.
