| Beef stew meat | 1 lb |
| Cream of mushroom soup | 1 can (10½ oz) |
| Beef broth | 1 cup |
| Onion soup mix | 1 packet (1 oz) |

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the slow cooker
Place the beef stew meat in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Step 2: Add the sauce
Pour the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix over the meat. Stir to coat the beef evenly and dissolve the soup mix.
Step 3: Slow cook
Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and easy to pull apart.
Step 4: Cook the noodles
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles in boiling water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 5: Combine
Stir the cooked noodles into the slow cooker with the beef and sauce. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes so the noodles soak up the flavors and heat through.
Step 6: Serve
Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
