Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pork tenderloin chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 onion, cut into strips
1 cup water
Directions:
Um To prepare the pork chop, rub both sides with 2 teaspoons salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and water.Reduce the heat, cover and let cook for about 20 minutes.
Once the water begins to evaporate, add the pork chop and cover. Let them cook until tender, turning once. They should also be served with onions.
You can serve this dish with your favorite vegetables like cauliflower or rice flour.If you want to add them to something else, just chop them up and mix them together.
