Golden Ham & Cheese Croissants

These baked ham and cheese croissants are one of those recipes that disappear almost as fast as they come out of the oven. Buttery, flaky layers wrapped around warm melted cheese and savory ham make them perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or even an easy weeknight dinner.

The simple honey-Dijon glaze brushed over the top takes them to another level — golden, glossy, slightly sweet, and impossible to resist straight from the pan.

Ingredients

• 6 croissants, sliced in half
• 6 slices deli ham
• 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheeseFour Ingredient Meals

For the Glaze
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp honey
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp poppy seeds (optional)
• Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

 

1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Assemble the Croissants
Place croissant bottoms on the tray. Layer with ham and cheese, then add the tops.

3️⃣ Make the Glaze
Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.

4️⃣ Brush & Bake
Brush the tops generously with the glaze mixture. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

5️⃣ Serve Warm
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
