Slow Cooker Honey Butter Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Ingredient Quantity
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1½–2 lbs
Honey 1/3 cup
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Dry ranch seasoning mix 1 packet (1 oz)
Dry pasta (egg noodles or rotini) 8 oz
Reserved pasta water 1/4 cup
Directions
Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.

FOOD
Drizzle the honey over the chicken, then top with pieces of butter and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly on top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3½ hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
About 20 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.

Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks and stir it into the sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, tossing gently until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.

Serve warm while the sauce is creamy and glossy.
