These Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or a quick bite. Savory sausage, zesty tomatoes with green chilies, and rich cream  cheese come together for a bold, satisfying flavor in every bite.

Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and seasonings. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the Balls
    Scoop and roll the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in size. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve
    Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
