Bacon Cracker Appetizer

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange crackers on the rack with space between each, then top each one with a piece of bacon.

Step 2: Add toppings
Sprinkle brown sugar over each cracker. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like a bit of spice.

Step 3: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has melted and caramelized.
