How to Make White Chocolate Caramel Fudge
Step 1: Melt the Base
In a medium glass bowl, combine 3 cups white chocolate chips, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, and 4 tbsp butter. Microwave for 90 seconds.
Step 2: Finish Melting
Stir the mixture, then heat another 15 seconds. If needed, heat an additional 15 seconds. Some small pieces of chocolate may remain—stir until mostly smooth with just a few flecks left.
Step 3: Mix-In Flavor
Stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup chopped pecans. Transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.
Step 4: Swirl the Caramel
Spread the fudge to about 1-inch thickness. Drizzle 1/2 cup room-temperature caramel sauce over the top, and gently swirl with a knife or spatula.
Step 5: Chill and Serve
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
