
CREAMY CHICKEN MOZZARELLA PASTA

- Penne pasta (or your favorite pasta) – 12 oz (340 g)
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 lb (450 g), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 cups (200 g)
- Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Dried basil – 1 tsp
- Dried oregano – 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes (optional) – ½ tsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped – for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: Lower heat, add heavy cream, and stir with chicken for 2 minutes. Gradually mix in mozzarella until melted and thickened.
