Instructions:
Step 1: Preparation. Allow the 2 sticks of butter to sit at room temperature until softened and easy to blend.
Step 2: Combine. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup honey, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Beat with a hand or stand mixer, starting on low and increasing to high, until the mixture becomes airy and smooth. Add optional flavorings at this stage if desired.
Step 3: Adjust Texture. Taste and adjust as needed. Add more powdered sugar for a firmer spread or a bit more honey for a looser consistency.
Step 4: Storage. Place the mixture in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for as long as three months. Let chilled butter soften at room temperature before serving.
