- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ large head of cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup uncooked rice
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 15 oz beef broth
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions

Notes
- For a leaner option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey.
