This refreshing dessert is a perfect combination of sweet peaches and creamy custard. The ladyfingers or sponge cake provide a delightful base for this elegant treat.

Ingredients:

Peach halves (drained) 1 can (15 ounces)
Heavy cream 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Milk 2 cups
Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
Egg yolks 3
Butter 1 tablespoon
Ladyfingers or sponge cake Optional

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Custard:
      • Whisk sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
      • Gradually add milk, egg yolks, and cook over medium heat until thickened.
      • Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
      • Cool and refrigerate.
    2. Whip the Cream:
      • Chill bowl and whisk.
