These honey garlic butter roasted carrots are a delicious and easy side dish. They’re sweet, savory, and slightly spicy.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks 2 pounds
Honey 1/4 cup
Melted butter 3 tablespoons
Minced garlic 4 cloves
Salt and pepper To taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish

Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the honey, melted butter, and minced garlic.
    3. Coat the Carrots: Toss the carrot sticks in the honey-garlic-butter mixture until well-coated.
