These low-carb pizza puffs are a delicious and satisfying snack or appetizer. They’re packed with flavor and perfect for a keto or low-carb diet.

Ingredients:

Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Almond flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs 2 large
Diced pepperoni 1/4 cup
Diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup
Diced onion 1/4 cup
Sliced black olives 1/4 cup
Cooked and crumbled Italian sausage 1/4 cup
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt and pepper To taste
Marinara sauce (optional) For dipping

Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
    2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    1. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese and eggs, mixing until well combined.
