Cheesy Ground Beef and Rice Casserole Recipe

This hearty and comforting casserole is a perfect weeknight meal. It’s packed with flavor and easy to prepare. The creamy sauce, combined with the ground beef and rice, creates a delicious and satisfying dish.

Ingredients:

Ground beef 1 lb
Onion, chopped 1 medium
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Sour cream 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Cooked white rice 1 1/2 cups
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups
Frozen peas (optional) 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) 1 tbsp

Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    2. Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess grease.

    1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cooked ground beef, cooked rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir in frozen peas, if desired.
